This policy will cover liability claims associated with the administering of all FDA approved Med Spa services for Botox, filler, and injectable products up to the purchased Limit of Liability. You also get the added benefit of license defense coverage for an aggregate of $5,000 in costs to defend your license. You also get additional trial & arbitration aggregate coverage of $5,000 and ancillary property damage or bodily injury (BI/PD) of up to $100,000.

You have to show evidence of your injectable training and produce a signed and dated Patient Informed Consent Form in order to have your claim covered.

Your claim is defended by Wilson, Elser Moskowitz, Edelman and Dicker, the most trusted and reputable legal defense firm for professional liability in the industry.

Limit of Liability means the total sum of legal defense costs and damages combined that the insurance company is obligated to pay on your behalf in defending your claim, subject to the $5,000 deductible. There is no aggregate limit being offered, which would mean the ability to report more than one claim in any given policy year.

Yes, you can receive coverage as an individual, subject to a completed, signed and dated application.

Yes, companies are eligible for this coverage, subject to a completed, signed and dated application.

Yes. Your policy is subject to a “25% Minimum Earned Premium,” which is roughly the first 3 months, after that time, the policy can be cancelled pro rata or short rate, depending on the reason for cancellation. There is also a built in 30 day “extended reporting period,” or you can purchase a 12 month “tail” for 200% of the expiring premium.

Yes, although this policy is limited to injectables, we can expand your coverage to include all your new procedures if or when you should decide.

Once you have your plan in place, we can proceed at your direction. The coverage can be procured relatively quickly and you can move on it anytime after you qualify and make your indication as to the coverage you want. 30-45 days prior to opening is a general rule as to when to start the process.

We offer direct electronic payment from our financing partner, First Insurance Funding. There you can choose between paying in full, paying by credit card or financing over a 10 month period, subject to a down payment. No credit check required.
